The client wants to play a crucial role in the AI revolution by ensuring that the technology serves helpful at the individual and community levels. The client reached out to us to develop an AI-based behavioral tracking platform to help e-retailers understand user behavior.
What we did
Our experts delivered top-notch Retail IT Solutions to cater to the client’s business needs. We built a custom design AI Analytics platform that tracks everything from the number of times a user visited a page, session duration to data on cart and checkout pages. Based on the collected information, users get segmented into predefined groups, and their usage metrics are presented in an easy-to-scan manner, i.e., graphs and charts to save time.
