The client is a leading hospice management software provider with a huge client base across USA. The client wanted assistance with the development and maintenance of the existing software with a BI reporting features in their existing database.
What we did
Brainvire developed a SaaS product that includes facilities like medical billing, data storage with HIPAA compliance. Brainvire BI Consultant brainstorm the client requirement and consulted them to implement the reporting feature using the Jasper soft, an open-source reporting tool.
We conducted an in-depth analysis of the current database structure and modified it to meet their expectations. We also provided regular database maintenance services to ensure the system runs smoothly. We integrated BI reporting features into the existing database and created custom reports to provide the client with insights into their data.
