About Project
The US-based company wanted to implement an AI strategy for the talent acquisition team to only engage with individuals who are the best fit for particular positions. In addition, the system can also assist the company in finding people who can mitigate risks associated with skill availability and relevant experience. Therefore, we integrated real-time interaction to allow for communication among job searchers.
What we did
We developed an AI-powered recruitment web application that can make recruitment processes more efficient and effective. It automated tasks, such as reviewing resumes and candidate profiles, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and making hiring decisions. By leveraging natural language processing, machine learning, and other advanced technologies, the recruitment application helped recruiters find suitable prospects.

First, the application allows the employee to scan and screen candidates based on experience, education, and skill sets. Also, it posts job openings automatically on job boards and other places. Additionally, they can check applicants' references, learn about their past work experience differently, and send offer letters to the best applicants. Moreover, the app can automate onboarding by collecting required documents and information from new hires.
