We developed an AI-powered recruitment web application that can make recruitment processes more efficient and effective. It automated tasks, such as reviewing resumes and candidate profiles, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and making hiring decisions. By leveraging natural language processing, machine learning, and other advanced technologies, the recruitment application helped recruiters find suitable prospects.

Highlights

A web application for recruitment based on AI technology had several features that helped speed up the process. First, the application allows the employee to scan and screen candidates based on experience, education, and skill sets. Also, it posts job openings automatically on job boards and other places. Additionally, they can check applicants' references, learn about their past work experience differently, and send offer letters to the best applicants.
