The Admin can notify vendors of future tenders with their data. The tender will notify eligible vendors automatically. The Admin can accept or reject vendor quotes. Approved vendors will submit quotes and timelines. Admin chooses a suitable vendor. The vendor's license is scanned at entry, and both parties are notified of delivery. After finishing the order, the portal sends the vendor an invoice. The vendor confirms the invoice and notifies the Admin of any issues. Admin pays invoices after confirmation.
