Our Microsoft enterprise services team built a platform with more functionalities than regular HR management software. To help the HR department keep track of all the moving parts involved in managing the company's workforce, we developed a unified database for tracking payroll, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews. HR processes were completely computerized and streamlined by using this state-of-the-art technology. Employees can seek leave online. They can choose the leave type, duration, and cause. Managers can accept leave requests using the advanced workflow. They can accept or deny leave requests and check team availability. Employees can effortlessly record their time and client location from anywhere in the world. Human resources experts and employees can benefit from the platform's constant stream of up-to-date data. As an added bonus, this system has fewer technical issues and is easier to navigate. According to their permissions, each user can see any and all information.

Brainers developed a Microsoft platform for storing employee data from multiple sources. This centralized platform enables HR professionals to verify salaries, leaves, and other employee data. Microsoft experts at Brainvire employed SHA, AES, and RSA for encryption. To limit access, we introduced authorization and authentication. We filled up each gateway section with pertinent information, to avoid wasting time on inaccurate data. Instead of providing random information, the employee might provide relevant information. The Microsoft team at Brainvire managed massive system data using Cloud infrastructure. The team no longer awaits personnel data for hours.
