We successfully upgraded the client's shared Odoo system to the latest version and tailored it to meet location-specific requirements. We provided consultation to expedite the implementation process and ensure a seamless transition. Our team streamlined procurement, internal requisition, inventory management, and HRMS processes and configured country-wise accounting setups based on specific requirements. We implemented a multi-company and multi-currency architecture for efficient product procurement and shipping to different hospitals. The successful transition to the updated Odoo system enabled the client to manage their entire hospital management process as a unified solution.

We streamlined recruitment, shift planning, payroll, employee self-service, performance management, attendance, and leave management using Odoo HRMS with centralized data management, ensuring compliance and reducing administrative burdens.
