We successfully upgraded the client's shared Odoo system to the latest version and tailored it to meet location-specific requirements. We provided consultation to expedite the implementation process and ensure a seamless transition. Our team streamlined procurement, internal requisition, inventory management, and HRMS processes and configured country-wise accounting setups based on specific requirements. We implemented a multi-company and multi-currency architecture for efficient product procurement and shipping to different hospitals. The successful transition to the updated Odoo system enabled the client to manage their entire hospital management process as a unified solution.

We provided a comprehensive all-in-one solution for managing the entire hospital management process for eight hospitals worldwide. To address insufficient training and consultation, we suggested migrating to the latest version of Odoo and providing proper training for a smooth transition. We mapped the processes, conducted a gap analysis and provided solutions for an efficient management of multiple companies and currencies, country-specific configurations, and developed a proper rollout plan. We streamlined recruitment, shift planning, payroll, employee self-service, performance management, attendance, and leave management using Odoo HRMS with centralized data management, ensuring compliance and reducing administrative burdens.
