About

The client, a charitable organization headquartered in the United States, runs a network of 8 children's hospitals in various countries worldwide. They undergo yearly audits conducted by an independent CPA firm, and they maintain a positive reputation with various charity reviewing organizations such as GuideStar, Charity Navigator, and ECFA.

Project Highlights

The client has utilized Odoo's Procurement and Inventory modules for their hospitals in various countries using Odoo 10 Community version. However, they now require an Odoo 16 Enterprise version to manage their entire hospital management process as a unified solution. The client has requested a multi-company and multi-currency architecture, as they procure products at their distribution center and ship them to different hospitals. Therefore, procurement, internal requisition, and inventory management will be overseen through the Odoo ERP. Accounting setups will be configured on a country-wise basis. The complete HRMS process, including employee recruitment, payroll, planning, attendance, and time off management, will also be administered via the Odoo ERP.
