About Project
The client, a prominent private group with investments in retail, interiors, furniture, and finance sectors across Eastern Africa, sought a unified system for all their companies. The system aimed to provide top management with a consolidated overview of all businesses and enable precise inventory management across all business systems, enhancing control and monitoring capabilities for the brand. Also, the client's expectations included expanding their operations and businesses with seamless system management and efficient frontend-backend connectivity provided by Odoo ERP.

We integrated the Odoo website and sales module for B2C sales, implementing approvals, quality checks, and delivery restrictions. Additionally, we added longitude and latitude fields for location information, enabling delivery boys to use Odoo's map view and Google Maps for navigation. We also installed OTP for secure delivery. To enhance the user experience, we utilized the subscription module for property management and enabled direct bookings. Moreover, we developed reports for available and booked properties. Lastly, our our Odoo experts created functionality to register landed costs in multiple currencies with vendor settings.

We focused on approvals for purchases, sales, transfers, and invoices. We also managed furniture sales for B2B and B2C customers, incorporating geo-location-based addresses and comprehensive delivery management.
