The client is an established business unit and has marked its presence across different industries such as food and beverages, automobile, oil and gas, insurance, retail, advertising, and many more. The client found it crucial to simplify the internal management and uninterrupted services to their customers. They wanted to integrate a system that would improve communication between their internal DMS and mobile app through Mobile app development services cloud storage, allowing clients to organize and track customer data on both platforms.
What we did

In addition to the mobile app, we introduced a Customer Engagement module.
