The client owns a real estate and marketing services. He is into the businesses of property and asset management, tax-deferred real estate exchanges, consultation, negotiated sales. His firm is connected with N number of brokers & Individuals. Thus, the business is pretty wide. His real estate firm does the business in all residential and commercial sectors. Plus, handles all kinds of transactions such as buy, sell, rent, leave and license. This time, the client contacted Brainvire to develop a centralized hub for its property management covering all brokers and executives.
About Product
Brainvire crafted 2 mobile applications - Appointment Scheduling App for an executive and Property Management App for broker and one web application for an admin.; The field Executive’s mobile application is an innovation in the real estate sector. Till now, the meeting scheduling used to happen manually but this app provides scheduling, rescheduling, and tracking of the meetings. It’s equipped with the reminder system and drag & drop based rescheduling feature. On the way, an executive can anytime change the meeting schedule as per the situations.; In Broker’s mobile application, the broker can manage property details which reflect in the system after verification. The broker can set the property status and search the properties as per the criteria. Plus, if a match isn’t found against properties, the quest would be created. If a matching property is entered into the system, the same broker will be notified.; A web portal empowers admin with property management, setting up search parameters, ads management, broker management, field executive management, quest management and more features.
Quest
A broker can generate a quest if there isn’t any record present in the system for the given search criteria. So, when a new property is entered, it should be checked against the list of quests. If it matches to certain quest, the broker should be notified of the same.
Brainvire’s experienced developers created a special filtering module containing the parameters such as property type, customer type, location, restriction etc. This filtering module is configured on property addition event. So whenever, a new property is added to the system, the module will run automatically and if the matching quest is found, it will automatically send the notification to the broker.
