The client is an established enterprise in North America. They have a loyal customer base in their industry and run several branches. The client wanted to garner and automate customer reviews for their services. The client also wanted to introduce the SaaS-platform for their business. Therefore, the client approached Brainvire for addressing these requirements.
About Product
Our development team built a custom mobile application, created a SaaS-platform with an automated review process through Shopify and Sycle integration to generate quick customer reviews. Our team also implemented Shopify POS to ensure quick, secure login and garner feedback. With the Sycle integration an automated link will be sent to customers to gain audio, video, or text reviews.
