The heritage brand faced a challenge common to large organizations: a legacy internal portal that no longer met the needs of its modern workforce. We partnered with them to transform this digital infrastructure into a powerful asset, focusing on a comprehensive redesign and performance overhaul. Tackling the intricate integration with Royal Enfield’s SuccessFactors HRMS API was a critical challenge, as it required handling complex data synchronization for real-time accuracy.

Our Solutions
Seamless Data Synchronization
To eliminate manual data entry and ensure real-time accuracy, we created a custom API to sync employee data from the SuccessFactors HRMS on a daily basis. This automated process provides a unified, accurate dataset and streamlines employee logins, offering a seamless user experience.
Centralized Authentication
We studied and successfully implemented Okta integration within the application. This strategic choice was crucial, as Okta is already the client’s primary authentication system for all their applications. By leveraging it, we eliminated the need for employees to create and remember separate login credentials, simplifying access and enhancing security.
Secure Cloud-Based Development
To comply with Royal Enfield’s stringent security policies, we developed the application directly on their servers using a VPN connection. This ensured all code and project repositories were accessed securely. This approach not only met the client’s security requirements but also provided a stable development environment.
Consolidated Historical Data
We successfully cleaned and migrated three years of historical data from the client’s legacy system. This crucial step ensured the new platform had a complete and accurate dataset from day one. As a result, administrators now have access to consolidated reports and dashboards based on a comprehensive view of historical data, empowering better decision-making.
