SPGG was set up in 1971 as the Guild for SP graduates but evolved to welcome graduates from other tertiary institutions and corporations. Their clubhouse is well-equipped to offer a relaxed and friendly environment for business leaders, industry experts, and young graduates. The client also provides its members with luxurious facilities, such as seminar rooms, conference and board rooms for meetings, and study rooms for some quiet brainstorming. They also host recreational events and impressive club facilities like a 10-lane bowling alley to help members unwind.

Project Highlights

Brainvire’s team: We implemented and customized Odoo ERP for the client’s complete club management. The ERP system included modules such as facilities management, restaurant POS, and membership management and benefits. Moreover, the Odoo ERP system implementation was integrated into the client’s complete internal day-to-day operations and the members’ portals.

  • Optimized Bookings Management

    Implementing the Odoo Appointment Management module with some customizations that helped the client restrict multiple resources like the Tennis Court and Bowling Alley’s booking capacity. The appointment management system also helped SPGG with proper resource utilization, avoiding over and under-booking.
  • Automated Invoices Generation and Payment Follow Ups

    Implementing Odoo default members and subscription modules enabled the client to automate invoice generation and payment follow-up. It relieved the client from the burden of manually tracking membership types and their recurring fees.
  • Automated Tracking and Refunding Event Processes

    Implementing the Odoo Event Management module with customizations enables the client to keep track of all the event attendees. It also helped them to automate the refunding process if any event stands canceled.
  • Robust Management of Members on Portal

    Developing a dashboard for each member allowed them to view their details and track all their transactions on the portal. The booking facilities, events, and raise ticket options for support significantly reduced a considerable chunk of manual work.
