To enhance the user experience, they approached Brainvire; we migrated their Magento open source platform to the Adobe Commerce cloud environment.

Scalable Platform:

For the website to run faster, the client requested a scalable platform.

We suggested migrating Magento to Adobe Commerce cloud. Adobe commerce cloud handled a large quantity of data better than Magento open source. We removed third-party extensions in the new platform owing to Adobe commerce cloud's RMA, Reward Points, and B2B solution. Adobe commerce cloud provides high security in the cloud, which improves code quality and speed.

Product Recommendation:

Product recommendation is essential for business in the marketplace.

When finding the ideal customers for their goods, the client had a difficult time doing so. We lacked the tools to target a specific audience within the Magento open source community. Based on previous purchases and use patterns, we created consumer segmentation. The back-end of Adobe commerce cloud does give automatic product suggestion rules. Additionally, we used Adobe Commerce cloud's advanced marketing tools.

The Larson Team has trouble organizing and updating material.

Magento open source presented a problem for the client since no privileges are granted for scheduling content. We have ensured that clients can now schedule content according to their preferences using the Adobe Commerce platform. The client may plan out their content when it's convenient for them. Users have the ability to see the material in Content Staging before it is made live, and admins have the ability to stage the content at any moment.

B2B Features:

The client has another B2B website. And Magento Open source wasn't sufficient.

Managing our clients' B2B customer expectations on the Magento open source platform was challenging. Using a lot of 3rd party extensions for B2B functionalities resulted in performance and speed problems. As a result, the B2B and B2C storefront was built using Adobe Commerce native capabilities. For B2B clients, we implemented a Request for Quote, a Shared Catalog, and a Company Workflow.
