Brief

With the help of Sharepoint Online, and as a Certified Microsoft Gold Partner Brainvire was able to enhance the existing Conference Room Booking system. A conference room, for instance, might be scheduled for a specific time and day, with a graphic reservation calendar being created to keep track of available times. This ensures the user interface is easy to follow: choose the resource, input the start and end timings, and hit "Save." Also, we built all of the user interfaces and dashboards with ease of use. We implemented a Calendar list feature, a great way to keep track of all the conference room bookings. This list can include all the necessary details such as the date, time, duration, and purpose of the meeting.

Our client required a robust system to assist their conference room service. Therefore we designed a conference room booking system that is based on SharePoint and can be adjusted to the requirements of individual users. As a result, we were able to make overall management easier for the firm and arrange the company's information in a way that was easily accessible. Users generate reports and dashboards based on the conference room bookings. This can provide valuable insights and help to identify areas for improvement. We integrated: SharePoint's Forms feature can be used to create forms for conference room bookings. This can include forms for booking requests, approvals, and cancellations. We helped the organization automate their processes related to conference room bookings. This can include sending notifications, assigning tasks, and updating statuses.

Preventing Double-Booking : If a certain day and time have already been reserved, users will be unable to make a reservation for that time slot.
