Previously, Call48 tracked their sales and leads using antiquated methods. Our skilled team at Brainvire collaborated with Call48 to gain a thorough understanding of the issues and devise a solution. The plan was to use a cutting-edge CRM to manage their sales workflow and integrate it with their website to make things run more smoothly.
What we did
With careful analysis of the Call48 sales team’s requirements, our experts concluded that there is a need for a Telecom Digital Transformation and to create a centralized system to track the entire sales operations of the company. We brainstormed with Call48’s team on what can be done to improve their workflow and proposed to integrate a CRM system with their website. We linked their Contact Us to the CRM so as to generate leads automatically whenever a user contacts the company through the website.
