The client is an established organization in the healthcare sector in Saudi. They offer a wide array of products inclusive of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, personal care, sports nutrition, nutraceuticals, skin care, baby care, and beauty. They wanted to combine the vast chain of pharmacies via an app. Brainvire had launched an eCommerce platform for the client in the past. They got in touch with Brainvire for eCommerce development Solutions to launch a similar platform in Saudi Arabia.
What we did
Brainvire being Magento development company and having experienced developers created a software that delivers prescription drugs and other healthcare products swiftly to customers. The team developed an AI-integrated system where customers can place orders through WhatsApp. The in-built image search tool empowered via Machine Learning allows quick search of desired products. The app interface offers authority to the admin to manage drugs and share customer details with the delivery person.
