What we did
Brainers built an innovative Microsoft-based advanced ticket analyzer solution
that can streamline their service deliverables. This application provides accurate data and issues mentioned in all the raised tickets. The client gets an automated revert on ticket progress, customer feedback, and internal updates. The intuitive app offers all kinds of information to the client and improves their decision-making capabilities.

Highlights
Brainers introduced Power Pivot and Power Query to gather and store all data in one place. Furthermore, we used Azure Active Directory for two-factor authentication giving the client easy yet controlled access to their data. It was simpler to translate data into the appropriate language and process it further with POSTMAN API. The client could make profitable business decisions using a dynamic and precise graphical representation on the dashboard.
