The client is a billion-dollar Real estate giant corporation of Canada dealing in the rental services management. The client, a Tridel group member, established in 1986 seeks a facility management mobile application to streamline their rental process for providing a seamless and secure experience to all their clients- the owners, tenants, vendors, and the administration team.
About Product
To upgrade their services and being digitally advanced, the client reached for mobile application development. Brainvire team after intensively researching the client’s requirements understood the necessity of integrating some important functionalities in the mobile application. Most importantly they focussed on providing seamless communication, security, add-ons to existing systems, and invoice splitting and approval in the mobile application to make the application use an enriching user experience.

There are multiple people involved in this system like owner, tenant, vendors, agent and administrative team. So the communication is the crucial part for the success of this system.
Brainvire team has developed internal communication tool which integrates with email so that they can communicate with the use of portal and also directly from their email address. Different communication will be tagged to different categories, so people can find those details when required.
