Headless & PWA
Composable, API-first storefronts with app-like front ends for a phone-first market.
AI performance budgeting Headless Commerce/ Enterprise commerce · Built from Singapore
Adobe Commerce, Shopify and headless builds wired into ERP, PIM, tax and fulfilment, including multi-country storefronts on one codebase. Scoped from our Singapore office.
/ Agentic AI, built in
Most of this market arrives on a phone, compares against a marketplace tab, and decides in seconds. The AI in our builds works on exactly that shopper.
Intent-led search puts the right product first for impatient mobile shoppers, before the marketplace tab wins.
Engines trained on real purchase behaviour lift basket size across Singapore and regional storefronts alike.
Assistants field product questions and steer shoppers to checkout at any hour, in a city that shops well past closing time.
Product copy, imagery and catalogue enrichment stay current without a content team chained to the SKU list.
Prices and offers respond to demand, stock and competitors in real time, which matters in a market this promotion-driven.
Demand, stock and returns are forecast ahead of the curve, keeping fulfilment honest across island-wide delivery windows.
Order, returns and support requests resolve themselves across channels, with humans stepping in only where judgement is needed.
What is driving revenue, and what is quietly leaking it, surfaces daily across storefront and back office.

One named owner end to end, a demo at every stage, and review slots that sit inside your own working day.
Goals, catalogue and integrations are audited in Singapore-hours workshops before any platform is chosen.
The storefront takes shape integration-first and upgrade-safe, and you watch it grow demo by demo.
ERP, PIM, payments and search are wired in, then launch runs with a rollback path and monitoring live.
After launch, CRO, performance and AI work continues on a visible roadmap, so conversion keeps climbing.
/ Accelerators
Playbooks, components and AI tooling from earlier enterprise programmes mean the riskiest move on your roadmap begins most of the way there.
Vibe Engineering, our 8-agent AI pipeline, reads Figma specs, writes Shopify Liquid and self-tests against 30+ quality rules, then ships through a progressive, zero-downtime rollout, the approach that kept $200M+ of revenue safe on our largest migration.
Adobe’s Migration Assessment tool scores your codebase; we tier the move as Simple, Medium or Complex, after which AI-assisted App Builder refactoring and Edge Delivery authoring carry you to SaaS with your business logic intact.
AI-assisted component mapping and template conversion move your content model off Sitecore and onto AEM, the platform we re-architected for a Texas energy hub whose authors now publish 3x faster.
Ready on day one: shop-floor and BOM workflows for manufacturing, carat and hallmark tracking for jewellery, omnichannel checkout for POS, and route and warehouse logic for distribution.

A storefront is cheap to redo. A platform commitment is not, so the choosing gets the workshop time.
The one choice you cannot cheaply undo is made in a room at our Singapore office (+65 9086 0319), with the people who will own the build and 1,000+ engineers across 10+ offices behind them, and the shortlist has to survive your catalogue, your margins and your channel mix before anyone signs it.
For most sellers here the storefront is one channel among several, so marketplace connectors for Shopee and Lazada are scoped alongside it and listings, pricing and stock reconcile in one place instead of three.
Catalogue, customers, content, search equity and finally traffic move in a defined sequence with a rollback point at each step, so a replatform becomes a series of small reversible moves rather than one weekend everybody dreads.
Licence, build and run costs are put side by side for every shortlisted platform in prioritised buckets with agreed hours, because the cheapest licence is frequently the most expensive store. 95% of clients stay with us afterwards.

The requirement is identical; the effort is not. Shopify and BigCommerce cover GST-inclusive display pricing with settings, Adobe Commerce and Magento give you tax classes and customer groups so business and retail buyers can be treated differently, and Odoo takes the invoice and the return. Scoring each shortlisted platform against how your tax actually behaves is part of the selection work, not an assumption.
It changes who holds what. On a hosted platform the vendor runs the infrastructure and your exposure sits in apps, integrations and exports; self-hosted, the whole stack is yours and a Singapore hosting region becomes a decision you make rather than one you accept. We put the data-flow map next to the platform shortlist so the two are decided together.
By writing down what would make each one wrong. We work through catalogue shape, order volumes, B2B requirements, the markets you sell into, the systems that must connect and who will run the store day to day, then score a shortlist against those and show our working. If two options are genuinely close we say so instead of manufacturing a winner.
That is the normal shape in this region. Marketplace connectors keep listings, pricing and stock in step with the storefront so the same unit is not sold twice, and orders land back in one place. For a lifestyle brand headquartered here we synced Shopee, Lazada and Amazon into a single Odoo backend, which is the pattern we usually reach for.
Licence, build and run costs go side by side for each shortlisted option, because the cheapest licence is often the most expensive store. Build work is scoped in prioritised buckets with agreed hours rather than an open-ended budget, so finance can see the three-year shape before a platform is signed.
It works when the split is decided at the start rather than negotiated mid-sprint. We have run engagements where our team owns the platform layer and yours owns the front end, and the reverse. What matters is one backlog, one definition of done, and a code review path both sides respect.
Yes, and it is usually the change that pays for the project. One stock pool behind POS and the storefront makes click and collect, ship from store and endless aisle real rather than theoretical. A Singapore-headquartered footwear brand we built for runs its stores, its marketplaces and its warehouses off a single backbone for exactly that reason.
A focused Shopify Plus launch is measured in weeks; a multi-country Adobe Commerce or Magento programme in months. What actually drives it is catalogue quality, how many systems have to connect, and how fast your side can decide. Scope is phased so revenue-critical journeys ship first and you see a working demo at every stage.
